Quick Audit
A short workflow walkthrough. We sit with your team, watch where the work actually goes, and hand back a ranked list of the three highest-ROI automation opportunities for your operation.
For: owners who want to know whether AI is worth pursuing at all.
Opportunity Assessment
A full workflow audit. Three to five prioritized opportunities with ROI estimates, integration mapping, and an implementation roadmap you can execute with us or anyone else.
For: operations ready to commit but wanting to scope properly first.
Quick Win Build
We take the top one or two opportunities from your assessment and build them. Implemented inside your existing tools, tested with your team, and trained for handoff before we step away.
For: businesses with a clear ROI target and a system worth shipping fast.
Improvement Retainer
A monthly partnership. Workflow tuning, new automation builds as your business evolves, staff training, and direct access to your consultant.
For: operations that want a continuing AI partner, not a one-and-done project.
HIPAA isn't a checkbox. It's a line item.
Every healthcare engagement is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure: BAA-signed AI providers, encrypted transit and storage, audit logs, and configured data retention. That's included in the build fee. Ongoing compliance is a separate retainer add-on at $1,000 to $3,000 per month:
- Quarterly compliance review
- BAA tracking and renewal
- Audit log inspection
- Incident response readiness
Common questions.
Why do medical engagements cost more?
HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, BAA negotiation, PMS and EHR integration depth (Dentrix, Open Dental, Athenahealth, Epic), and the audit work that goes with it. Healthcare AI projects at boutique firms in 2026 commonly run $50K to $100K. Our medical pricing sits at the low end of that band.
Why is trades pricing lower?
No compliance overhead, cleaner platform APIs (Buildertrend, ServiceTitan, JobTread), and most owner-operators want one specific automation working before expanding scope. The numbers reflect what actually delivers ROI for shops in the $1M to $20M range.
Can I stop after one engagement?
Yes. Most clients start with a Quick Audit or full Assessment, then decide whether to move into a Build. The Retainer is optional and never bundled. You can walk away after any phase with what you've built.
What if my project doesn't fit the ranges?
We'll tell you on the discovery call. Larger or multi-system builds get scoped as multi-phase engagements with the same fixed-fee discipline. We don't take work that doesn't fit a clear scope and a clear ROI target.
What does "fixed fee" actually mean here?
The number we quote is the number you pay. If something we discover mid-engagement changes the scope, we tell you before the work happens and you decide whether to expand. No surprise invoices, no hourly creep.
Not sure where to start?
A free 30 minute call. Walk us through your operation and we'll tell you whether a Quick Audit, an Assessment, or going straight to a Build is the right move. No pitch deck.
